George Bush is currently delivering his final State of the Union address. His term is almost over. And I can’t watch it. Just hearing his voice makes me mad. I had to change the channel. 30 min into the address. He’s still spewing bullshit. He’s talking about how we need to stay strong in all our current adversity. You put us here asshole!

OK. While I really don’t think Bill should have said what he said in quite that way, it’s no less underhanded than when Obama tried to play the race card in his favor when he made his comments about Hillary’s comment about MLK/LBJ. C’mon. I fail to see how her very factual statement, which praised both MLK and LBJ in their partnership to get it done. But it did take a President to make it real. Charles Rangel agrees.
And Obama’s own camp was relying on the Black vote in SC so I’m not really sure why we can’t comment on it. It was a factor. Deal with it. Just like women were a factor for Hillary that was also discussed openly, but no one got all bent out of shape about that. (And for the record, Jesse Jackson’s wife supports Hillary Clinton.)
Here’s a new favorite. Unfortunately, it speaks to the way I feel about many people I work with at the moment.

Obama has won the South Carolina caucus.
I think both Clinton and Obama are great candidates and we would be far better off if either of them won the election. While I do like Obama, I like Hillary more as the one to take the Democratic nomination for President. I do believe she has a much better track record and has proven herself to be a Politician who wants things to be better. I was a fan of Bill’s when he was in office so I have no problem with him being a player in her campaign. I think Obama will be a great President someday, but not now. I just haven’t seen enough of what he can do. While his ideals are great, that’s all they are to me right now. Ideals. I want someone who can fight through this political machine. Someone who does know the ins and outs. It’s about maneuvering your way to get policy in place. Understanding the economics and how they affect all of us, from the individuals to the upper class to the large corporations.
Seriously…can Ricky just stop crying? And while, yes, Christian is a snarky little bugger, he’s got the talent to back it up. He’s the most creative on the show and the most fun to watch. He’s that villain you hate to love. And I do agree that Ricky should have gone home weeks ago, instead, he won tonight. I like the dress, I like Sweetpea’s dress better though. I think she should have won.
And why was everyone jocking Rami’s dress? Hello? Did everyone forget that Jeffrey, the winner of last season, did the whole zipper piping on the dress thing in his final runway show? remember? The green dress? It was fab. So I wasn’t impressed by Rami.
