Make it snappy

The past 48 hours have been a bit of an emotional roller coaster for me for reasons I can’t really get into right now. But I’ve been itching to write something all day even if it’s a summary blurb. So here it goes.

* The primary day to end all primary days ended up not ending anything. Barack and Hillary are so close. They have split the Democrats in half! I’m so excited for this election. It’s so exciting to see 2 candidates that the people love. Not just 2 candidates we have to choose from. I do have to say, because I’m a Hillster, that I’m disappointed that her lead has narrowed. She is still ahead but not by much. I just hope she hangs on to it. Keep Bill locked up! YES SHE CAN!!!!!

* I hate work again so I’m back on the market. Gotta love the Freelance life. Interviewing with a few production companies this week and will hopefully wrap at MTV by the end of Feb. It would be sooner but this damn Jackass show I’m working on got pushed back so I promised I’d stick around to finish it. arrrgghhhh.

And on the subject of work and why I hate it…and it’s not like this is a problem unique to MTV, but it just seems so much more rampant here. Or maybe it’s just the team I’m working with. None, and I mean NONE, of the member on this particular team know how to do their job. In additional to a few of them being extremely LAZY, they just don’t know how to do their jobs. I’m sorry, but if you are a Line Producer, you better have been on location before. And guess what HE HASN’T. OK. Enough of that BS. I’m out of there.

* So in light of the hating work thing, I’ve decided I’m not going to take work any more JUST because it pays me crazy dough. It’s what gets me stuck in these situations. I will just have to hustle harder to find the gigs I like and double up to balance it out. Here we go with the no-sleep thing again. I’ll be working my ass of I guess.

To add to my new direction, I bought a new camera. I want to start shooting again. I love photography. I’m hoping it’ll inspire me to get creative again.

I’m tired now. Went to bed a 3 am last night and have to get up early for an interview at 10am on the UWS. Ugh.
