The 2 phone conundrum

If you know me, you know how much I love my Blackberry. I love BBM. I love the email. I love the physical keyboard. I am a BB addict for sure. But I have to admit that my iPhone envy has been growing as of late. They have so many cool apps that I want to play with! I thought about getting the iPod Touch but then realized it really wouldn’t satisfy my craving since the really cool features utilize the data service and free WiFi when you’re out and about is hard to come by (at least in NY).

So is it too much to have BOTH an iPhone and a Blackberry? Should I get a 2nd line or just swap the sim card when I feel like it? I mean, you know how much I love gadgets but am I going overboard???

I signed up for Twitter last September mostly out of boredom and slight curiosity of what this “tweeting” was all about. I didn’t get it. I tried to get it. But I didn’t. I mean who wants to only write 140 “micro blogs”? Why would any one want to know what meaningless things I’m doing through out the day? So I stopped only after 2 days of trying it out.

Four months later, it’s January 2009 and I’m not really sure what got me to go back to my Twitter account but I did. I added some more friends, followed a few more people and began to “tweet” more. I began to “follow” my friends, some news papers, online bloggers, CEO’s of tech companies and a few celebrities. Now I’m hooked. What made me change my mind?
